Fixed tightening shaft electric screwdriver
- Straight shank tightening tool with sensors.
- Choose 76mm or 100mm spring stroke for longer bolts.
- SD-QTS tool stores data, is accurate (±2.5%), and is durable for many uses.
Description
Electric Screwdriver Performance:
- Straight shank type tightening shaft, CT-equipped with angle and torque sensors.
- Extended spring stroke 76 MM and 100 MM-tightening shaft with extended spring stroke, suitable for longer bolts.
- SD-QTS tightening shaft can be used, flange installation and plugin installation. Different shaft head lengths (200 mm) can be used flexibly in narrow workstations or parts, and when operating with longer-length bolts. The spring stroke can be increased from the standard to 76 or 100 mm as required. The SD-QTS tightening shaft has a built-in memory chip that can store calibration data and general tool and maintenance data. It has an ISO certification of plus or minus 2.5% accuracy. Soft and hard connections can reach millions of working cycles.
- The cable interface on the SD-QTS tightening shaft is designed for flexible cable management. The tightening shaft has a robust cable interface and pin design that can be adjusted up or down in two degrees of freedom. Digital communication between the tightening shaft and the controller.
- No need to turn off the power when hot-plugging replacement cables or tightening shafts.
- Speediness increase up to 3000 r.p.m.
- Average trouble-free operation under normal conditions more than 5 million tightening cycles.

NOTE
In the assembly process, tightening is an indispensable step, and the quality of tightening directly affects the product’s pass rate and quality. The tightening process has become our primary focus throughout the entire assembly operation. To make the complex tightening process more intuitive, we have optimized it into four stages: Start (Engagement), Screw-In, Initial Tightening, and Final Torque Holding.
In the Start stage, the screw is gently aligned with the threaded interface. During the Screw-In stage, the screw rapidly engages the thread, improving efficiency. In the Initial Tightening stage, the screw is torqued after reaching the mating surface. The Final Torque Holding stage ensures that the screw is tightened to the ultimate target torque. Throughout the entire tightening process, crucial factors such as real-time rotational angle, real-time torque, final tightening torque, and tightening angle are all under control and monitoring.
We can implement measures to improve the tightening process, allowing us to promptly halt the tightening operation when issues such as cross-threading, floating, or cross-driving occur. To achieve faultless tightening, all angle and torque parameters should be set to achieve true control over the final tightening torque. Intelligent tightening tools are the optimal choice for anyone seeking high-quality tightening products.
